Phil brings wide experience from the public and private sectors including strategy, planning and delivery. Focus areas have included national level strategies, risk mitigation, framework design and delivery within the Prime Ministers Department, national security and resilience agencies, digital government and others. Phil has wide ranging interests across numerous domains with the consistent theme being his relentless drive to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
